Question Are there any needlework projects your wanting to do/learn in 2005?

What needlework projects are you wanting to do/learn in 2005?

I need to get my afghan finished that I'm crocheting. I only have one skein of wool left to do on it.

I also would really like to learn to how to "cable knit" when it comes to an afghan. I've tried making a cable pattern but have never quite got the hang of it.

    You?

I have several cross stitch kits I bought on clearance at Hobby Lobby about 3 years ago that I would like to do and a couple of patterns that I have had printed out for a while I'd like to do (one is a bird of paradise and the other is a Hawaiian quilt block cross stitch).

Anything for me would be fine. I haven't picked it up since last year so whatever I do, usually an afghan.

Remind me in January CJ and I will show you how to do the cable stitch. I have just too many Christmas gifts to sew right now.

I'm going to learn to make bobbin lace and to knit cables in 2005. I also have a goal to not spend any cash on new crafty purchases. I have so much I'm ashamed to admit how much I have, so want and need to get my stash used up.
