It's beautiful Kimmee. I would love to know how to do silk ribbon embroidery...I tried once on my own and couldn't get the hang of it....I need some instruction. Yet another thing I want my mamma to teach me

Kimmie, it's beautiful. Did you take a class to learn to do silk ribbon embroidery? I have a couple of books to teach me to do this. Maybe I'll start a project next year but first I have to finish a couple of quilts. I hope she appreciates this fine work. The trouble with most people who don't do crafts, sewing, needlework, etc. is that they don't realize how much time we spend on our projects.
