    Talking My latest projects

I am finally finished knitting Christmas presents. These are in the Ottawa Senators colours (unofficial of course).

The first one are socks made with Regia yarn for the little girl I provide care giving for in the mornings.

She and her brother are really big hockey fans!

This one is a hat for her brother. I am hoping it fits as I didn't have an actual measurement. I just used a standard.

Can you share the pattern with us? I'd love to do stripes like that so that the heel is like that.

Wow!!!! You are so talented! I was just telling my hubby yesterday that I may have to try and learn to knit again (failed miserably the last 5 times I tried to learn) because I want to make some nice warm wool socks that don't fall apart!

Wow - nice looking stuff - I would really like to learn how to do that - I just can't follow the stoopid directions worth a hoot - I get so frustrated. I am jealous!!!

    Thanks ladies.

Missy, the colour pattern on the socks is really easy. The wool comes that way. It is dyed so that the stripes knit up automatically I know it is cheating but it is so much fun! It is called Regia Sock yarn... very expensive but worth it. Other than that it is a basic sock pattern.

Oh, rofl. I thought you had to do a certain number of rows of yellow, a certain of the blue/grey color and a certain number of the red, rofl. I gotta look for that type of yarn
