    Default Making something for myself!

    Well, I have punted on making doll clothes for the baby dolls for Christmas (I might still get to it). I decided to make myself something for a change. I have some nice blue yarn with a silver lurex and I am in the process of making my self a sweater. I am starting it as a shrug and then add round to it to make the ruffled collar and back. I got the schematics from a link on a crocheting message board. Here's hoping it turns out okay!

    Oh I bet that will be pretty! I wish I could do something like that but I'm not talented with crochet yet.

    I did purchase enough TLC yarn at the yarn store to make an afghan just for us during the sale this summer and I hope to start it soon. It is our colors and I wanted to do it for us.

    I'd like to make some stuff for myself too. LOL, my fingers are cramped like claws right now from all the knitting. But after the holidays, I'll get to work on it!
