    Default My first doily

Here is my first attempt at thread crochet. It is a pattern from the Coat's and Clark site using red speed cro-sheen. I am pretty pleased with it.

Very pretty. Grandma was the crochet pioneer in the family and her youngest daughter (my aunt) and my aunt's youngest daughter took over the craft. They both make beautiful crochet items, especially my cousin who is confined to wheelchair and has unlimited patience and is Ms. Perfectionist. I'm so jealous!!
    Someday maybe i'll be there...lol
