    Default Current projects?

What do you have in the works right now? Things for family? Friends? YOURSELF?? Large projects? Small, little of each?

Last night I finished a pair of camoflauge mittens for DS1

I have a few things in the works. I am going to make myself a pair of crazy lookin socks. The cuffs, heel, and toes will be in a multi colored primary colors yarn. The rest of the socks will be yellow. Should be interesting. And best of all, I already have the yarns. I will do the pattern from my head, and if it works i'll share. If it is a mess we shall never speak of it again, ROFL. And should it work, i will do myself a second pair as well with pink multi and regular pink. Again, yarn I have on hand. I'd like to also sometime this year get myself some magic stripes yarn. Something fun to try out.

Then I want to do some knifty knitter projects also. I'd like to do a neck roll pillow. one for each DS's and one for DD. One for Myself too. If Dh wants one then I suppose I would do one for him too. Again using yarn i have on hand...maybe. unless there's an awesome yarn i want to try or a good deal. And then some headband ear warmer things. for the kids and I.

I have gotten out the yarn i need and I plan on starting tonight with the yellow/multi socks.

Right now I'm working on a knifty knitter afghan and a scrap granny sqare afghan. Then I'll probably do a few more hats. I've got 4 done now. Then I'll finish my diagonal afghan I started 2 years ago, I'll need another 6-8 skeins for this though.

I've been working on a unicorn cross-stitch for DD. I was getting in about 2 hours of work on it every day, but my index and middle finger on my needle hand have cracks on them from being dry, so I haven't done anything for a couple of days.

    A lot

I have a dragonfly dishcloth that I'm halfway done with on size 6 dpns (I knit tighter on the dpns).

I also have a baby sweater on my size 3 long needles.

I have a scarf in the Patons Cha Cha yarn that I think I'm going to frog so I can use the Cha Cha for trim on things.

I have a crocheted purse for a friend's neice. It's all crocheted, I just have to put it together.

Tomorrow another Dishcloth KAL is starting, so I'll have another of those. Plus I joined a UFOlympics Challenge on another board, so over the Olympics I'm going to knit my oldest son a pair of socks.

I have a huge list of projects to start too:
-another sweater for a friend who's due next month
-another pair of socks for youngest ds as well as for dh
-baby bibs & hats for a craft show I signed up for that's in June
-baby washclothes and more dishclothes for the craftshow

And I'm in the middle of designing a knit pattern for a baby sweater and bib with hearts/teddybears on them.

sounds like we are a busy bunch!! I'd love to see pics when you're done everyone!!

Tracy, ouch!! that curel stuff sure helps when my hands crack. And sleeping with (i know, it's uncomfortable as all get out) gloves on. Rubbing my hands with a thick lotion or sometimes vaseline if i haven't anything else, then putting on the gloves before bed, helps with the cracks/pain.

I have gotten to the gussets now. It is an ankle sock, not the long mid calf sz socks i make for dh. I might have plenty yarn enough left to do a pair in the reverse of the pair i am doing now.
