Simple knit ripple pattern

Cast on 54 sts
Row 1: Knit
Row 2: Purl
Row 3: k2 tog (3x), yo, k1 (6x)
k2 tog (6x), yo, k1 ( 6x)
k2 tog (6x0. yo, k1 (6x)
k2 tog (3x)
Row 4: knit

Repeat this pattern as many times the lenght u desire.

I also knit in blocks, 54 sts in white(thats one part of the pattern) , then in a dark colour), then white, then dark, then white, then dark, then white

i did this in long strips, if u want to look at picture of finished afghan look at the gallery pic. i did this one before Christmas. Just wanted to share , thought someone might want and easy project.
