another nice job Heather! How long have you been knitting? I know somebody you would be great frineds with. When she started knitting she just couldn't stop. Now she teaches, designs, knits, spins, etc.... it's her niche.

I think those socks are cute! Your cats are cute too, I love my kitties. When they get their cat nip fix though, my younger cat trys to attack my older one.
I am hoping to get my hands on my mother's learn to knit books and old knitting supplies on Sunday, I am itching to learn.

    Thank you
I've been knitting about 3-4 yrs now. I started teaching myself in 2003, but really didn't get it until 2005. I haven't tried spinning or dye yet...but I want to

I am not much into spinning, too monotonous for me, but I love to dye wool for the neighbor. She lets me get as creative as I want and it doesn't cost me anything...:-)

See I'm a little scared of the dye process (the mess I think, I'm not a "get dirty" kind of girl) but spinning...oh yes. I think that hobby could get me in some serious trouble lol.
