Latest finished project~crochet Market Bag
This is my latest finished project. It is a crocheted Market Bag to take to the farmer's market or the flea market. I used cotton yarn for it, I had 2 skeins of the dandelion yellow and thought that I had enough but unfortunately as I got the handles I ran out of yarn so I had to use some verigated yarn that had the same yellow in along with lighter yellows and white. It is not what I prefered but it was better than the 50 mile round trip to town to get more of the yellow
. It was an easy project and crocheted up really fast.
This is the bag empty and unstretched.

This is it with 5 books in it, one was the Encyclopedia of Needlework which is heavy and weighs about 5 pounds. It stretches out wonderfully.

Great job --- I'll have to try and make a crocheted bag -- I have several ones I've sewn.
