If your looking for inexpensive yarns and other craft items try to goodwiil site:
www.shopgoodwill .com

On this site they offer up items for bid much like ebay. You bid on the items your intrested in. If you go to the search icon and type in yarn you'll find dozens of items. The same with the craft site and seasonal site.
The variety is constantly changing and usually pretty good.
