3 skein scarf

done in lt blue, peach and mint green. Picture in gallery. I unrolled all the panels I started years ago and found in suitcases. Decided to make a scarf for one my good friends at xmas. Its 15 sts across done all in ribbing k1, p1. I'll finish it in tassels on each end. Wonder how long i need to make it?

Dawn the panels are all un -done. There in skiens now. The gallery is near the new posts ontop .

I tried the tassels ans knitted past my bottom of the pockets on my jeans. Looked at some pics on the internet. Tassels didnt look right, ttok them off.
Looks alright, finished product.

I usually shoot for 5-6 feet long for a scarf

looks great. i like them a little long, but i am short...really short. so 6 ft is great to me, whereas if i mkae it for dh i shoot for 7-8 ft.

thanks for the info. i finished it last night so thats one gift down out of the easier ones. I wonder what the fur fuzzy skiens mixed with the normal yarn looks like, similar colors. Ill let you knowhow it turns out. Its like boas stuff but from the dollar store.
