I Finally Finished the Bedroom Afghan!!
Here are a couple pics of the afghan I have been working on. I am re-doing our bedroom in Primitive Americana and I crocheted this topper for our King Size Bed. It is Navy, Maroon and Off White. The pics are not the best and I'm sorry about that, I tried a few times before deciding to post what I have. And of course my Little Rosie had to get in one pic...she thinks the afghan is for her.

Thanks Brenda67! I'm glad I'm finished with it so now I can move on to DS afghan and hopefully be able to give it to him at Christmas.

It looks fantastic!!!
I made one of those crochet "mile a minute" blankets for dd's twin bed...don't you just want to laugh at the "mile a minute" name. Mile a minute my butt, more like mile a year
LOL!
Rosie is adorable too!!

Ya, after seeing all of Yankee Moms stuff I've been trying to find my dd knitting needles and instruction book I got her for christmas last year. She made a couple of really nice scarves and then they went away. Ok, its official, I'm making it a goal this winter to learn how to knit. My mom did it all the time to relax. Hope my dd remembers and can teach me how. Guess there is always google if not.
