    Heather, those baby socks are soooo adorable! Will you please share your pattern with us? I would really love to make a pair of socks for our littlest monkey for next yearThanks

    I started using this pattern:

    Then I changed it just a smidge. I cast on 30 rather than 24 and instead of doing the Sl1 K1 row/Sl1 purl across heel rows, I just do Sl1 knit across/Sl1 purl across. I figure babies that don't even walk yet don't need the extra flex/cushion/support in the heel area...plus I like the clean flat look of the non slip stitched heel flaps I also work the heel over 12 sts and the instep over 18. When I get to the toe, I decrease the instep by 4 stitches over two rows to get it down to 12 sts like the sole then I decrease all the stitches so there's a total of 16 and divide them so there's 8 each on 2 needles then I kitchener the toe
