What a tragic story. I hope the bill passes. Humans errors occur but at pharmacy's there is suppose to be a system of checks to catch errors. Somewhere along these checks someone wasn't paying attention. It's so hard to point the finger at any one person but people need to be held accountable. I can't imagine losing my child after having the tumor appear to be gone and the chemo. medicine was mixed wrong.
