My canning for today will be Bread and Butter Pickles.

Canning so far this year...

~ bread and butter pickles
~ green relish
~ sugar-free cherries
~ sugar-free peach slices
~ sugar-free pear slices
~ apple chutney
~ sugar free crabapple sauce
~ sugar free applesauce
~ regular applesauce
~ apple juice, some sugar-free some not
~ sugar-free apple/plum jam
~ sugar-free apple jelly
~ sugar free peach jam
~ salsa - mild and medium
~ sugar-free crabapples
~ dilled carrots and beans

I actually think I'm about done canning. But we'll see. I've moved into filling my freezer. My rule of thumb is to fill the cold room first, then move to the freezer. It's basically full right now. I need to move some of the baking for a group I'm part of to another person's freezer though, to make room in mine.
