    maui,

    The recipe for apricot oatmeal bread is in the recipe section. I have made it and taken it places about a dozen times and it has always been a hit.

    It is great toasted with butter and honey or peanut butter. It is as wonderful just plain when it is still slightly warm and just sliced.

    Bought a couple pineapples at Aldi's a few days ago for $1.49 each. They are now occupying 4 trays in my dehydrator.
