red raspberry/mulberry jam
i took the rest of the raspberry,s and mulberry's out of the freezer and now have them simmering on the stove to be strained through a colander so i can make jam tomorrow -going to be a busy day for me .i might get at least 20 pints im thinking when i get it finished ill take pics---hugs to all fv --marla

yum. When I made the mulberry jam with the 15 yr old neighbor, he got to take the majority of it home with him and I never got back out to the tree to harvest and make more for me.

update--was up at 5 am to get the jam done --heres pix,s of the jam .i got 7 pints and 2 1/2 pints from it --tastes good too hope you like the pics

You're right, it looks good. I wish I could get my hands on some raspberries.
