OAMC snack ideas freezing

I'm making up a cooler or snacks for a friend due any day now with her first baby... they all need to be freezable!

I have one day to do this, LOL, so I thought I'd ask you guys if you have any favorite freezable snacks!

~I needed my after baby snacks to have tons of protein. Can you mix up a big jug of trail mix? That was one of my favorite snacks and you won't have to freeze it.
Mostly my snacks were small meals like chicken and rice, pasta baked with cheese, and soup. Can you make a batch of something like that and freeze in portioned containers?
Healthy fruit muffins would probably be appreciated. So would lactation cookies if the new mama is planning to nurse the baby. They're basically an oatmeal cookie with added omega ingredients. There are many recipes online.~

Trail mix would be great with plenty of good carbs and protein. You could do breakfast bars or you can freeze nut butter sandwiches.

I am dieting so just frozen rasp/blackberries/strawberries help keep me out of the sweets. Smoothies are super easy this way too. She may have weight to lose or be breastfeeding and not want the sugar??
