Tell me about your All American Pressure Canner

I just purchased the 921 All American Pressure Canner from Amazon a couple of hours ago..I hope to start a new way of preserving my bounty and cook my food in a short period of time..I would love to hear anything related to this particular model..

I'm so excited..I just found a recipe for making homemade grape juice..no blanching,peeling or anything thats time consuming like other recipes..all this is 1 cup of grapes ,sugar and water in quart jars,pressure can and you have grape juice..the grapes make their own juice and the skin's just fall to the bottom of the jar..

I have one, although a bit smaller, and think it's awesome. I wish I would have bought one years ago. Not needing a seal is fantastic, I feel like it's safer than several other brands, and I'm not worried about the construction one bit. I only wish it wasn't so hot right now, because I can't really can anything right now.
