When I was canning green beans today, I could tell just by the wonderful smell that I must have done something right. It was my 1st time canning with a pressure cooker.
Anyway, the smell just brought back wonderful memories of my favorite Aunt. Her house always smelled so good and I remember smelling green beans in her kitchen while she was canning.

I was wondering if anyone had fond memories of canning, freezing or whatever method of preserving and do you mind sharing?
