Lori, I just went and looked at Sunshines recipes, they all say to boil for a different amount of time? I think it will have to do with how much sugar content the Pepsi has as to which recipe is closest. You may have to compare the sugar content on the labels and then use that recipe.
I hope Sunshine answers this, I'm sure she can help you.

I'm going to try this one.....
DR. PEPPER JELLY OR BIG RED JELLY
---------------------------------
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. Dr. Pepper or Big Red soda pop
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 oz. liquid pectin
Few drops red food color (if using Dr. Pepper soda)
Combine sugar, lemon juice, and soda pop in large saucepan.
Add red color, if necessary to make pretty color. Place
over high heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir
in pectin at once. Bring to a full boil and boil hard for 2
minutes. Remove from heat; skim off foam with metal spoon.
Pour into hot sterilized glasses. Cover with paraffin or
seal jars. Cool and store in cool, dry place. Allow to set
a few days before serving. Makes approximately 5 (6 ounce)
glasses.

Lori, one thing I found with doing the water bath and jelly, you can't do it for too long. I usually do mine 10 minutes at the tops. Also, I find when I do the water bath, my jelly never quite "sets". Sunshine should know about this recipe better though.
Darlene, your a hoot!!! Love you girl and heh, snoring or not, tickle him, ummmmm in an interesting spot with one of those roses!!! He'll stop the snoring pretty darn quick!!!
