Great site for canning.
I just found this site. There are a lot of canning recipes there for you canners out there. Does anyone have any other canning sites they would like to share.

All of these sites are great--thanks for posting them. I am going to try my hand at canning this year. I am making a list now of the supplies that I will need. I am thinking of making a few jams, pickles, and preserving some tomatoes.
I can't wait for spring and summer!

Thanks everyone! Lots of good information. I used to take the kids berry picking each summer. We made wildberry jam every year. Haven't done jelly making or canning is several years. This may be the year to do some canning again.
