This is a great post! I never thought of boiling ground meat, so easy! I rarely use beef because it's cost prohibitive, I get ground chicken or turkey chubs at the food thrift store and I use them just like beef.
Now I just have to find some quick easy recipes for ground meat.~~~

I think this is one of the first threads I read here at FV and I found it so useful! Having ground beef crumbles on hand makes meal preparation so easy!

Never thought of boiling hamburger and it sure makes a lot of sense!! As soon as ground beef is on sale, I'm definitely toing this- mahalo!!

I don't know why not... You would just have turkey broth instead of beef broth.
