Lots of old posts being dragged to the top again lately!
I've made cookies like this for years. It works out great for me when I'm trying to lose weight. I don't have to mess with cookies. My husband loves cookies and will make a huge batch, which then becomes temptation for me. If I make the slice and bake version, he'll make them a half dozen at a time, bake them in the toaster oven, and eat them all so there's nothing left laying around to be a problem for me. That way the cookies are always fresh, too.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
