    Breaded chicken breast
    Shake n Bake pork chops
    Meatloaf
    Sausage peppers and onions
    Cajun chicken w/spanish rice
Chicken soup starter ( basically its chicken breast, onions, celery, salt, pepper in its own broth)
    Chili
    Taco meat

    Clam sauce
    Bread pudding

Within the next month I will be adding these freezer meals..

    Lazy beef casserole
    Beef strouganoff
    Chicken Marsala
    Stuffed Peppers
    Vodka Ala penne
    Clam Chowder

I absolutely love having the convience of pulling something all ready made or prepped for me when I don't feel like cooking..

Mine is pretty bare compared to you guys but I just make enough for myself for quick lunches for work or dinners. Also helps me with portion control when dieting. I have:

*Individual mac &cheese in recycled TV dinner trays from Dollar Store
*Individual tuna casseroles made same as above (makes it easy for taking lunch to work or for a quick dinner)
    *Fried rice with diced meat/veggies
*Black bean/brown rice/hamburg quesadilla filling made in big batch in crockpot

As cooler weather comes, I make more soups.

I just reuse the trays that store bought t.v. dinners come in.( I like the healthy choice lemon pepper fish so I buy them for me) I fill them up with what I want in them and I freeze them. Then when frozen I food saver them.

    Right now I have
    Containers of homemade chicken broth
Ziti cassarole that will feed at least 8.
Several containers of Tomato sauce for pasta
    Beef Stew.
That is all right now. I havent had much time to do much cooking for the freezer, but I do have quite alot of frozen meat and veggies.

My freezer is pretty picked over, but I do have this (off the top of my head):

    2 bags of chicken broth
    1 bag mac and cheese
2 bags of lentils and rice
1 small bag of chili dog sauce (but might throw this out due to national
recall -- it was from the same mfr. of beef stew)
1 bowl spag and meat sauce
    1 bowl cheezy potatoes

The runzas sound really good. Sounds similar to something called bunduki I used to be able to buy at the Polish/Czech. bakery that used to be open. There were hotdog bun shaped rolls filled with bacon, onion, sausage? filling. I think I could take this recipe and rearrange it a bit. It successfull, I will post recipe.

I guess I could try it and see how it turns out. I have some cabbage and ground beef that I need to use before it goes bad.

1 x vege lasagne, 1 x pumpkin soup. DH and I mostly use them if one of us is out for dinner and the other is home alone.
