    Default Homemade Chicken Nuggets

I want to make up chicken nuggets from real meat to have in the freezer for quick meals. I can figure out how to make them if I was just going to eat them right away (cut, coat, cook) but not sure what to do to put them in the freezer. Do I coat them, then just freeze them, or do I cook them part way, all the way,

I want to have them so that they take 10 minutes per side to cook from the freezer (like the boxed ones, and the same as the fries).

Has anyone done this? Ideas? The only recipe I found online was to cook them in the microwave after freezing.

I would think that cooking them partway is unwise from a food safety perspective. I've never personally frozen any cause we eat them all when I make them, but I would cook them all the way then freeze them on a tray before bagging them. Later you could heat them in the microwave or oven just like the commercial ones.

Yes, fully cook, then freeze. I used to make them with apple blended in.
