Cheese Tortilini w Meat Sauce and Mozzerella
1. Cook meat till done, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic.
2. Drain meat and add pasta sauce. Add wine. Add salt and pepper if you need more.
3. Cook tortilini according to pkg directions.
4. Combine meatsauce and pasta, and add cheese.
