Good point. I use a Rainbow so I kind of have to do that.... Forgot not everyone uses this type of sweeper.

Empty it into a smaller bag and seal it up good and tight.

I am a firm believer in front line at one point before we started using it I got a flea infestation and it was terrible if you stepped on the carpet they would jump on you we bombed no luck so i called my vet and he suggested I get the frontline. I never knew but fleas don't live on your animal they jump on to feed then head back to the carpet couches etc. to live. So while bathing may kill the fleas on them it will not kill all the fleas in your house. So within 3 days fleas were gone after I applied frontline. So the routine at my house is that I apply it to dogs and cats(indoor) in May. The dogs also get treated in June, July. Then I treat the dogs and cats again in August. I haven't had a flea in years. I also buy my frontline from pets-megastore it's cheaper than getting it from the vets used to be much cheaper when the u.s. dollar was worth more, because they charge you austrailian prices. Frontline works because it sterilizes the fleas so they can't lay eggs and reproduce before they die.
Another tip my vet gave me is for a puppy or kitten that is to young to use flea products on is to wrap the animal in a towel soaked in rubbing alcohol only leaving the nose and mouth exposed for about 5 minutes. All the fleas suffocate and fall off dead. Works like a charm.
