Look who's coming to dinner
Apparently, he was hit by a car and then dumped at the vet. They are looking for a foster while he mends. (I am told that the worst damage was to his back paw and tail, so I don't think the car was going very fast. That, or he is a LUCKY pup.)
His name is Crash.

What a cutie!! Does this mean that he's found a 'foster home' with you? We would call him Crash Kealoha!!

Yes, I am fostering him until his paw heals. I also get first right of refusal as to whether I want to adopt him. I am told he is a purebred chocolate lab, so I know that he will have a lot of interest if I decide he doesn't work out here.
I keep thinking of "Crash Bandicoot" when I hear the name.
What is the meaning of Crash Keoloha?

Crash of Love!!
I personally love all labs, but a chocolate one would be extra special - he looks full of personality too!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Well, right now, he is just a foster. I have fostered a LOT of dogs and puppies. I have only regretted not keeping one, and I knew at the time that I shouldn't let him go. So if I have the same reaction to Crash, he will stay. If not, I am told there is a family in Davis who really want him, but don't want to take on his vet bill right (as he still has to have his bandage changed every other day, and the vet wants to do it).

Awwwwwwww! So cute!If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
