I'm having problems with neighbor's pets pooping all over my front yard. This is both cats that are let out of the house at all times of day & night and also several neighbors that I've witnessed them letting their dogs out to the neighborhood, and one night I happened to be on the porch when one of them ran to my yard to poop. I scared it off and was mad but these are neighbors I cannot "mess" with. (long story, years of history)

Basically I am wondering if anyone has had experience with this product or any similar products they would recommend to try and keep pets off my front lawn:

Hope those links work, if not its called Repel for dogs & cats, the links are from Petsmart. It appears I would have to keep reapplying it but maybe eventually at least the dogs would just stop coming over in the first place if I applied it often enough in the beginning to deter them?
