Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

Thank you for this. I want a new dog. I'd rather not get a puppy; but if I do this will be very useful to me.

Years ago when I first got my cat the vet I went to see had a voucher system that was through the county. If a pet was obtained from a shelter they would qualify for the voucher as long as you gave proof. Made the cost very cheap. Plus I received an additional discount because I was disabiled.

Sheesh, I wish I had known of this program before I paid for all three of 'the boys' to be neutered. It wasn't all at the same time thankfully, but was still pretty expensive.

    Thanks for posting about this!

My grandmother works at a place that makes the rubber bands used to castrate bulls. If you have a bull for a pet, I could probably hook you up for free.
