Unhappy Well I had to do it

You all remember how excited i was to get Jesse? The HUGE puppy?
Well I had to find him another home. He is just not indoor dog material and i have no fenced yard. He was sweet and lovable but he did not treat the kitties nice, and no one here but me wanted him. DH said he was too big for me to handle and dh was right. He was only 4-5 months and already could rest his paws on my hips.
He needs a fenced yard, so i gave him away to folks who have one. I bet they are happy together, Jesse left and didn't even look for me!
If i ever get another dog it will be a shitzu or lhasa apso or perhaps a schnauzer. Maybe a cocker spaniel. something with hair
I don't think i want a big dog, something i can cuddle with would be better, i don't run and rough house like i used to!

I'm sorry you had to give him away Melissa! At least you had a good family to take him. Our dog is small, even smaller than our cats..lol. I never wanted a dog that stayed inside, but i'm glad we have Roscoe, he goes to work with dh everyday and is so excited when he sees me at night..lol.

I'm sorry you had to him away, Melissa... I guess he will have more space in his new home. And I agree, small dogs are more fun to cuddle.
