Kitten anyone...

Okay, a little background info:

This summer DH and I discovered 3 kittens that the neighborhood stray had under our trailer (right under our bedroom none the less). They were so cute. They moved back and forth from our home to our neighbors. We don't really know what happened to that bunch. Well we didn't see the mom for a few months then she showed up here back in late July as fat as could be. I said she was pregnant and DH said she was just full of some animal she had hunted. She stayed around for a few weeks and then disappeared from the last of August unitl right before the hurricane. When we saw her again (after hurricane isabel) she was real tiny. Anyway, I called DH on my lunch yesterday and he said there were 3 kittens and the momma on a sheet curled up on our front porch. They are so cute. There are 2 calico ones and one orange striped one like my Rocky. One of the calico's will let you hold it, the other 2 run off the porch and under it as soon as we walk outside or pull under the carport.

They look to be about a couple months old.

LMAO....Kathryn you are now officially a Condrey!! You know all the strays bring there kids to our houses!

awww! I'd love one, but unfortunately we don't have the room for any more. Plus Dh would have a fit!

Last night when I took some food outside for the momma (who was nowhere to be found) I saw the orange kitten jump on the tire of DH's truck the 2 calicos stayed on the sheet. This morning he checked under the hood to make sure they weren't there and there were all 3 off them curled up asleep. They were so cute. As Dh left and I got ready to leave myself the momma kitty showed up. When I walked to my car she started meowing like crazy and sure enough behind my tires was one of the kittens. Well when I looked closer, I found out why the mom was gone all night and why she was meowing at my car. She had been out hunting and brought home some food for her family and left it under my car....lol
