    Default Sneaky Dog

So, Julia and I are downstairs checking my e-mail and playing an Arthur reading game and I went up to the kitchen to get us bananas for a snack. As I'm walking up, I think, "Hmmm...I wonder where Ben is," since he's ALWAYS attached to my side. I look on the living room couch, where we have a chair lying so he can't be on the furniture, and he has made himself (a 95 lb Chesapeake/Yellow Lab mix) as tiny as possible and has curled up as tightly as possible and is laying as still as possible, hoping that I won't see him. I just stood there and looked at him until he eventually slunk off the couch. What a sneak!

We had a dumped off, rotwhiller that took up residence on our sun porch. He sat in the recliner for three days, before I fed him. He was a really good dog, but too much for us. We found him a better place...
