    Default this is the gorgeous Rosie

    she is our rescue Airedale and the aunt of Alice. We got Rosie when our last airedale, Murphy, died of auto-immune disease. She'd been rescued from horrible people who didn't want her anymore for no reason other than they'd renovated their home and she didn't suit the look of it anymore - they went from Tudor English to some non-airedale type house. They had let their two boys ride Rosie and we had to treat her for sore back and hips for the first year we had her. She's been with us for 6 years now and we love her very much.

    I have a problem with them too, Lori. I think people like that have no respect for anything Rosie has a wonderful personality. She's a real softie who comes over to you for a cuddle whenever you sit down, she's a great guard dog - being very protective of our family, and she's very friendly to anyone that we are friendly towards.
