Any way to get a male cat to quit spraying???

Our huge male cat, Skeeter, has decided to start spraying everything in the house. YUCK!!!! I am putting him outside during the day, but he does come in at night because the coyotes would get him if I left him out. He is driving me batty! He's been fixed already so short of putting a kitty diaper on him, I'm not sure how to handle this.

Wow, i dunno. Our cats are having peeing issues here lately too. Driving me nuts. If you find out, let me know. (we have tried the different litter, checking the diet, health, etc, etc, etc)
