Long haired or short haired cats?
I have had both and honestly like the short hairs better. It's probably because I can't even put a barette in my OWN hair, let alone groom anything! LOL My long haired cats have always been meticulously groomed by me, but it's not something I live to do!

I love them all! I really don't care if they're long hair or short (I've had both). I have a short hair black cat right now (Gomez Adams) who has been so needfull since my Timmy O'Brian died a year ago.

Have them both and love them both - our two long haired cats pretty much take care of their own grooming, and make their resentment very clear when help is offered!

I have both also and though grooming them isn't my favorite job I do it. Sidney is still at the 'biting the brush' stage.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get him to stop??? I make sure he is half asleep or very calm when I start, but I only get about 2 passes done and he thinks it's play time.
