We're getting a cat...
My SIL is moving to an apt that doesn't allow pets and has no one to take her cat. I offered to take him to help her out and to make my kids
.
He's an all black cat--spends most of his time outdoors, and his name is Bennington. I grew up with cats for pets, so I'm really excited that we're getting this one.

The girls are going to love having a cat. I'm glad Bennington is going to have a good home.
btw - how did she come up with that name? Its just so different.

Enjoy your new kitty. It's sad she couldn't keep him, but at least she can still have visitation rights.

I asked my sil today why she named him Bennington. It's a long story, but her friend that found him for her made her agree to name the cat after him. She didn't want to name the cat "Josh" or his nickname, "tooth", so she named him after where he was from (Bennington VT)
