Exclamation Ummm - HELP - kitten - uh, er - "plumbing" question!!

Let's see - how do I tactfully broach this one...!!!!

Guess I'll just lay it all out on the table....

Jeepers do I feel incredibly STUPID!!!!!

I've always had dogs - Nemo was my first real kitty baby.....and honestly, I never really investigated his "plumbing" just took the vet's word that he was a he....

Does kitty plumbing resemble puppy plumbing?!

I know a male puppy has his outdoor plumbing higher up on his belly and a female's is closer to her heiney.....

Peyton seems to be very compact in the lower region with nothing on his (uh, her??) tummy.....

SOMEONE HELP!! Is my Little Peyton Man a little boy or is he a Peyton Girl?!

girls look like a little furry V and boys have a litlle three pack looking thing on the outside right by their bum hole - they will start to look like little chenille balls as time goes on - yes I 'm graphic but I think kitties are the "best looking" of all male creatures!!

When they are really little, the best way to guess is boys have a :, whereas girls have a !. The . is their rectum and the other is, well, the other. Does that make sense?

If you see a slit it's a girl. If it has 3 colors it's a girl. If none of those apply, there's a 50/50 chance it's a boy, lol, unless he has chenille balls.

I'm in a really goofy mood today(must be the money woes) and was looking up Chenille balls in google & came across this one but the site isn't available. Here's the description~"Click to enlarge A durable cat toy that will become an instant favorite. It provides great fun and exercise. It is extra tough, safe ... "

    lmao! I'm rolling here.

I used to have that shirt with the cat in coboy boots and hat on front and on back was cat walking away with his tail up and his little rosette there - so I glued to little white pompoms right below it and everyone would laugh and laugh....

okay - you guys gotta stop!! I'm in tears here & I still don't know if Peyton has chenille balls or not!

Alright - I just embarassed the h&!! out of Will - I held Peyton up by the front window for additional light & raised his/her tail....
("dear mercy mom - what are you doing?? the neighbors don't want to see all that....!!")

The "personals" from the rear resemble and upside down exclamation point ¡ with the poop-shoot at the top & the piddle parts underneath.....

I think Peyton is a she.....

and I'll also never crochet again without peals of laughter!

    THANKS FOLKS!!!!

This is reminding me of the cat the kids had. When we got it is was a girl, then several months later, we saw something growing out of the back end!!! Dd and I said what the heck is that? Oh well! Can't fool Mother Nature!

    The never-ending kitty saga.....

Yesterday we went to the library & got a "Sexing Your Kitten" book (talk about strange looks from the check-out guy - I'm alright Patrick - just confused - obviously huh?! )
Anyway - the pictures were very much like what was described here & darned near identical to the sites from Sara....
I was 110% certain yesterday afternoon that Peyton was a girl - I had picked her up and was looking at her from a "walking away" type of view....
Last night however, we actually flipped him over & looked at him from the "rub my belly" view & well - maybe he really does have ornaments...I just don't know now....

In a few more weeks he/she will be an it anyway - so maybe it just doesn't even matter!

If Peyton is a "he",he will still very definately be a "he" after you make his pompoms smaller - Boys have a very different and impy personality!
