    Default Animals just know -

Today has not been particularly easy for me - more of an emotional roller coaster - and my animals have not left my side - I get up from the computer to go run a load of wash or vaccum and they all follow me - one is on my shoulder (trixee) the weasils are at my feet - they know I am sad and stressed and they are just staying by me like worried mommee's - I feel so guilty - I don't want them to be in pain and yet somehow I can't even pretend with them - they just know! I wish I had senses like that!

Post script - I just went out and rode horsee head - she didn't fight one bit nad she just trotted along so nicely - afterwards she kept putting her big ole white head against me - they just know I tell ya! And I don't think they are telling each other "lay low, mommee's poopee today..."

I agree, they always know. My cats never leave me alone when I feel down or bad!

You are so right! They do know. My old dog does anyway. Our 1 1/2 year old dog could care less, lol. He's a me, me, me, dog. hehehe

My dogs are the same. They just seem to know when someone is unhappy.

unfortunately I don't think this rule stretches to rabbits - maybe if I strapped carrots to my legs!
