Default I just LOVE my vet

and bless my friend Sarah for referring me to him!!

The last vet I had been to was AWFUL!! Very rough -- tried to break my hand to shake it when I met him. Overcharged and nickle and dimed me to death. Do I LOOK like I'm into brute force with my animals??

Anyhow -- YAY Dr Ivan!! He's SUPER good on prices, very good manners with people and even if Buster DOESN'T care for him.....I think he's great!

Do you have a good vet??

I love my Vet so much that I bypass three right here in the county where we live now and drive almost an hour to see Dr. Fix. Most Vets don't like to treat Chihuahua's because they are snappy. Abby gets so nervous when she has to go for her routine checkup, her blood pressure goes sky high. Dr. Fix just scoops her up and loves her until she calms down, and then she will lick him silly while he's doing her exam and shots. All of my babies just love him!

We have found a vet within the vet practice we use that we really like. He takes his time with the dogs, is very gentle and caring, and puts up very nicely with ds's endless string of questions (LOL). Unfortunately, the practice keeps raising their prices every few months.

The vet I have now is great and I drive 45 minutes just to go to him. It wasn't always the case tho, I've had such horrible vets I shudder thinking about a couple! The one I see now is fairly priced. He doesn't nickle & dime me but his office calls are sort of steep, but I TRUST him, that's what counts most. I had one vet that I could litterally see the $$ in his eyes everytime I brought an animal in

I'm glad you were able to find a vet that you love! Our favorite vet was way too expensive for us to use anymore, even though we loved her caring and pleasant nature. Sometimes the bills just don't allow.

Our dear Vet doesn't charge for office visits, just for the services rendered. He will also give you samples of new foods and meds. if he has them on hand. LOL, I have seen him take eggs, venison, and fresh vegetables for payment. He is one in a million!
