Neighbor dog driving me nuts
what has she been barking at for the last 2 hours?? And why, after stopping for 30 minutes or so did she start back up again?? And why can't i walk around my own yard with out her barking and snarling at me?? For heavens sake If i open a window up the dog goes nuts, if i flush my toilet or draw a bath the dog goes bezerk. I am sick, sick, sick, of the barking!!! AHHHHH

Missy I'm sorry this is happening. Is there anyone you can call and report it too.

I am so sorry about the situation with the barking dog. I hope that something can be done about it. How long have they had the dog? You sound like me sometimes. But yours sounds worse. I am dreading warmer weather and having windows open and the dogs barking. Our neighbot has 2 big boxers out in the back. One of them drives me up the wall when it barks, which is like a high pitched yip, (fingers on the blackboard type of thing. ) If it keeps barking it gets my nerves on edge. I have to go in the bedroom, shut the door and have the fan on so I can't hear it. The owner is our landlord's son so we don't want to make waves. We have casually said something in passing to the daughter when she has come to get the rent.

I have mentioned it to the owner, but it hasn't changed anything. I called animal control and the new regulations state that you can't have a dog that continues on and on enough to impede quiet enjoyment of your neighbors. That being said, if i complain, i have to sign the complaint, it can't be annonymous...that will cause a rift of quiet enjoyment for sure. (this is a neighbor that has been problematic since his moving in. kids are afraid to play outdoors when they know he is home)
