My baby is Having Surgery!!
My poor little baby pug is having several surgeries today
I'm so sad for him. We just had to drop him off this morning and then his surgeries are scheduled for early afternoon. He's never been by himself before (we have another pug and they've always been together). I know he must be scared and confused.
He has to have 3 procedures on his nose and throat to help him breathe easier, he has to get fixed, get microchipped, and they also think they might have to pull one of his baby teeth...poor little guy!!
I can call them this afternoon to check on him, but we have to wait until tomorrow after work to pick him up. I will let everyone know how he is after I call.

Hoping everything goes as painlessly as possible for your little puppy. We bred shar peis when I was a kid and had to take them all in to get their eyes tacked when they were just babies, so I can empathize. They were all pets to me.

Okay, the update on my puggie...
I called last night and they said that everything went well, he was already awake and he already sounds better (he would snort and gasp a lot before). They were able to do all the procedures (there was a possiblity that they wouldn't get to them all).
So now the only thing is, they aren't sure he can come home tonight
I have to call back in a couple hours and they will tell me for sure. I want him home though!!! I miss him!!

Yeah!!! I got my baby back!
He seems like he's doing fine....actually I can't get him to sit still....he's so excited to see our other pug and they have been running around (the vet would be so mad right now!!).
Thank you everyone for asking about him!
