Default Oliver is learning very quickly....

Dd has been working with her Chrsitmas present and he is learning so well. He already comes to her when she calls him and she is starting to use the lunge rope.

All those books on horse whisperers and training that Dd has read is becoming very useful now....
I was just listening to her training plan which includes something called "joining" something about useing body language to communicate with the horse.
I was amazed by what she knew and her careful approach...
She is keeping careful notes of the whole progress....and she said that maybe she will turn it into a novel! WOAH! NELLIE! Now wouldn't that be a big homeschool project!

It sounds like she is a very responsible and loving horse owner. She is such an amazing young lady, it is so cool that she has read and learned so much prior to her taking Oliver. You can definately tell that she has had a great upbringing by her responsible and loving attitude. WTG Mom!
