Philip sent this story to one of his friends yesterday. The said friend had a "cat from you know where" that used to torment Philip back in highschool. I've never heard of a cat being under house arrest, though.

if i had known it was possible, i'd have put a restraining order against mil's terrier!! She was super mean.

Wonder how well kitty follows th terms of his court order.

I had a cat when I was in high school. Her name was Boots. And Boots' favorite thing to do was crawl around on her belly like an Army man and stalk people, dogs, horses.
