Philip sent this story to one of his friends yesterday. The said friend had a "cat from you know where" that used to torment Philip back in highschool. I've never heard of a cat being under house arrest, though.

if i had known it was possible, i'd have put a restraining order against mil's terrier!! She was super mean.
Wonder how well kitty follows th terms of his court order.

Declaw that cat if it isnt' kept indoors! No, I don't mean it because decalwed cats should be indoor ONLY pets, but get a handle on this boy: he's TROUBLE!

I had a cat when I was in high school. Her name was Boots. And Boots' favorite thing to do was crawl around on her belly like an Army man and stalk people, dogs, horses. Well, Boots at one point attacked a dog and the owner of the dog decided my cat had rabies. Long story short---my cat got quarintined. For attacking a dog.
