I actually saw somone with one of these last week, in my tiny town, in front of my tiny store! What's the point in having a stroller for your dog? Weird.

I've seen these downtown at our Saturday market.....in use! Lots of people bring their dogs because there are several doggie treat vendors.

I saw a lady last year at an Apple Festival with a double one, she had her 2 little dogs in it. LOL

I guess and this is coming from someone that doesn't have human kids, that these are their children and take them wherever they go. I know because when I first got my doggie many years ago, she went everywhere with me, including grocery shopping. Although she stayed in the car while I shopped.

And they weren't even cheap! You can get a cheap kid stroller for $20. Those pet ones were $90 - $200 (or more).

I have seen them used for dogs who are unable to walk. However, for the regular ones--WALK, just like I do!

I have to admit, at first I thought it was the craziest thing I ever heard of, and then reading their site, it said they were good for dogs with arthritis and hip problems. I was thinking kind of like a wheelchair for pets so they can get out. But I agree, if your dog has four good legs, good hips, etc., let him walk!!

Default reply to the dog stroller idea

My dog is 16 yrs. old and I admire the stroller idea,
he no longer can walk with his back legs without our help.
So, I really don't think it's stupid at all.
I hope you maybe now see there's someone out here who could use
one so her dog could see the outside world and enjoy it again.
*p.s.-- our vet. said "it's not his time yet" (to pass on) and he's not in any
pain-- so we aren't being cruel to him keeping him alive.
*if you want I can even email you my dog's picture, he's very very cute.
