Default OMG, Just put me in a rubber room please!

Now I know I am certified!

I am now playing 'mom' to a litter of 5 kittens about 3 weeks old. Something must have happened to the mom as she is generally a really good mom and has not been around now for over 2 days. Guess who got the job? LOL

Now I'm kind of glad my fertility treatments never worked as I know what it feels like to have quintuplets! By the time I potty and feed them all, the first one has to go potty and is hungry again. I am POOPED!

I to you moms of multiples!

Soon as I am not feeding or making them go potty LOL I'll take pics for you all.

Oh and you all know how creative I am coming up with names,

4 boys and 1 girl, can anyone guess what I named them?

Oh my goodness you have taken on a lot with them, lol, been there done that! I once took on a litter of 4 and named them Charles, Dickens, Oliver and Twist. Then my litter of 5 I took on were Eenie, Meenie, Minie, Moe and Larry, lol, Larry was this teenie tiny runt and has ended up a 15 pound house cat!

So what are their names? And pictures? I need a kitten fix!

We just lost triplets ( their mom got hit in the road )
They didn't even have their eyes open yet. # didn't find them for about 4 days after the mama died.
They were all cream colored 9 named them Cinnamon, Sugar, and the runt was Spice )
They were hungry all the time.
    Have fun with your babies.

Man I feel for ya Dee. We had a cat that only had one kitten once and she didn't have any milk. I had to bottle feed that baby for 5 weeks. I surely got tired of those middle of the night feedings. I can just imagine you with 5 of them. We used a washrag to wrap her up in to hold to feed. Those razor sharp claws were a little "intense" for us (my dd helped sometimes when she was awake and around for the feedings).

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

You are too funny Darlene! Oh and btw, Jack does sometimes call her that!

They are all doing really well. Had a bit of constipation, which can be deadly for them, but finally got little Margaret to go this morning. Whew... I was getting nervous.

They are all little eating, pooping, peeing machines! Going to try them out on some moistened kitten chow next feeding as they are going through lots and lots of bottles, and KMR is not cheap formula!

Sherman is the leader and is solid gray, Hawkeye is black/white, Trapper is gray with some striping, Margaret is gray/tan/and a little orange thrown in, and little Radar (who is also the MOST demanding!) is white with black and tan markings. All cuter than buttons too.

Oh, remember Klepto kitty? 2 days ago after their first night in the house, I took them back outside in hopes mom would hear their cries and come back for them. She didn't but Klepto stole Radar! Poor little guy, her and her pal Hissy B*tch ( ) had him for about 10 hours! They have both weaned their babies and didn't have any milk to give him. When I heard him crying I ran, yes me, I actually ran up the hill and nabbed him back! She can't steal MY babies and get away with it!

Now my Clarissa has taken to them and is letting them nurse on her. LOL She hasn't been spayed yet due to being ill herself, but she has that mothering instinct and keeps moving them all over the house! I have them blocked in the kitchen as I can't keep cleaning up messes on my carpet, linoleum is so much easier, kwim?

I did the theme names for my kitties as well. Ben, Martin, and Charlotte...from the Patriot. The boys are gray too, like a ghost. I have watched that movie to many times, hehe.
