Simple flea treatment for dogs
I was at the vets and told her that I had found a flea on my shar-pei but since he's chemically sensitive I couldn't possibly use Front-line or any of those other things on him. She told me Dawn dishsoap kills fleas. Suds him up, let it sit for 10 mins and rinse off. It was NOT a fun bath (they never are) but I have high hopes! Hd to share this tip.

You know. . .years ago a dog groomer told me about Dawn dishsoap for fleas. Then my vet said that it eats away the dog's skin. . .ARE WE THINKING THAT THE VET WANTED TO MAKE A SALE FOR FRONTLINE??? Me thinks so!!! It's good to hear another vet say the same thing that the dog groomer told me. Look at the money it will save.
