    Default The Dog Whisperer

Omg I love this man! Anyone else here?

If you are a dog owner and haven't read his book, Cesars Way or caught his show on National Geographic Show do yourself a favor and check him out. This man is really onto how dogs really work imo. Calm-submissive behavior = happiness for you and your dog. I've already changed some of my ways that I wasn't even aware were a problem and my hyper lil puppy is already all the better for it.

I love this show. I have used some of the things that he teaches on my dogs. We had a problem introducing the puppy to the other dog we had. She would growl and show her teeth. We used his technique that he showed in one of his shows to introduce a new member to the pack, and it worked great. I always try to catch it when it is on. I have learned lots from watching him.

I also love the show. We have a pretty submissive dog, but his tips really work on him. It is so good to see these dogs being able to be rehabilitated instead of being put to sleep.

That show is great!!! I have learned so much from him

We don't have a dog at the moment but when we are in our own house I'm hoping to temp-foster for local shelters and I plan on buying Cesars training dvds and/or book to better help me.

My 9 yr old LOVES Cesar! She wants to be a vet and we never miss his shows and we watch all the reruns. It's quite frankly a good family show. We don't even have a dog, but we love this show.

I like him, his show has helped alot with Miss Bella. I've heard other dog "specialists" say his methods are cruel, but I think his methods are right on. I would rather see him take a dog that's been battered and abused and rehabilitate him to live with his pack than have them put down. I hate watching some of the Animal Planet shows where dogs are put down over food aggression or other problems that could be fixed by using Cesar's methods.

I belong to several dog forums and there are people who don't care for him. I use techniques very similar to his and get excellent results with both my dogs and the shelter dogs.

I alwyas laugh when I see how many people treat their dogs like furry people. Dogs are not kids in fur suits! They need to be treated like the pack animals they are, with firm yet loving discipline
