I have a 6 yr old beagle who started having seizures about 3 yrs ago. Up until about 6 weeks ago he'd only been having a seizure about twice a year so the vet didn't feel he required any meds. He did say that if they became more frequent to bring him in and we'll talk about meds. Well.... my dog has been having a seizure once every two weeks now for the past 6 weeks (3 total). I think it's probably time for meds.

Does anyone else have a dog with epilepsy? If so.. what meds are they on? and is it expensive?
